Lemon Kush has a sour and slightly citrussy smell and herbal smell. Once vaped, the citrussy taste mixes with a piney flavor which is pleasant but not very strong.
An immediate medium to light pressure builds on the back and sides of the head and moves into the body fast. The bud’s first effects are quite strong, and your dedicated correspondent had trouble taking notes while experiencing the bud at first. Indeed, the notebook at my side seemed miles away and my pen too heavy to maneuver. Lemon Kush works fast with the user becoming stoned within minutes of combustion. The stoned effect is coupled with euphoric, happy and relaxed feelings. Stress melts away quickly and is replaced with a relaxed satisfied and clearheaded feeling. This is a feel good and chill bud.
Lemon Kush is listed as a balanced hybrid, but the indica effects were more evident than those of a sativa. As I grew used to and accepted that I was stoned, I could feel my brain expanding in my skull and my eyes growing smaller (and dryer). This actually felt good and I was consciously happy about these effects–and too lazy to apply eye drops.
Even when stoned, Lemon Kush’s user can conduct normal activities and tasks . . . just much, much slower than normal and with much more enjoyment. Indeed, at one point as I went through my evening chores at home, I found myself doing a very slow little jig in my kitchen.
There are no twists and turns in this strain. It is a classic (indica leaning?) hybrid which will leave its patient pretty stoned, pretty happy and productively in slow motion.
