CBD is now part of my weekly routine. There are times when I feel like partaking in a good strain but don’t want to get a full high, let alone be anywhere close to stoned. I am still a bit of a virgin when it comes to CBD, and I was thrilled to learn that there are haze CBD strains . . . hazes are amongst my favorite THC strains . . . and even more thrilled when Fat Buds recommended that I try Sour Summer Haze.

Sour Summer Haze is a deep dark green long bushy bud. It has strong sweet fruity (mango) and creamy odors.  It is very sticky and at first touch I thought perhaps a bit under cured and dried. I was wrong.  In fact, when vaped, huge clouds of incredibly fruity and sweet and slightly piney are created. The vape clouds are rich and absolutely delicious, easily doubling up as a dessert after a big meal. 

I usually am energized by THC hazes, but I find that Sour Summer Haze has the opposite effect of completely relaxing me.  Sour Summer Haze starts in the head with a bit of pressure, immediately lowering anxiety and stress.  The head pressure dissipates and melts down into the body, becoming an increasingly mellow and chill feeling.  There is little high to this feeling, but it is nonetheless quite effective, thorough, and enjoyable. Once ready, I went to bed and had a blissful night of sleep.

For those of you who have not jumped on the CBD bandwagon yet, try it—get your hands on some high-quality CBD.  You will recognize many of the elements which you love from using THC strains, without a high. But as stressed a few times before, there is so much more to weed than getting high. Sour Summer Haze is full of stress free relaxing personality.  A perfect and delicious strain to end the evening with, get a healthy night of sleep, and wake up ready for the next day ahead.
