Grower: Yoda Can Grow

Yoda has built a reputation for himself based on loud bright and expressive aromas. A grower with almost a decade of experience including stints in California and under master grower Powerfuff, Yoda’s pedigree is best experienced with his flowers. Runtz x Layer Cake is an excellent example of his work, the bud is pungent with intense sour grapefruit aromas punching out of the bag directly to the nose. Once broken up the bud emits sweet essences of chalky fruit candy. When ground sweet and sour aromas could fill an arena.
While the best qualities of this bud are its aromas, the flavor and high are excellent as well. Runtz x Layer Cake has a sweet grapefruit (the sourness disappears) and melon flavor which becomes sweeter as the bud burns down melting into a taste reminiscent of a stick of Juicyfruit gum. The high is a dynamic trip starting with happy, heady, stress releasing elements which seem to encompass the best characteristics of a sativa. However, these sativa elements slowly creep into the body, bringing on a full on sleepy stone feeling. At the energetic phase of the bud I sat down and destroyed a bowl of ice cream. At the stoned phase I lay down with a cup of mint tea and fell asleep at least 5 times only to wake up each time on the cusp of soaking myself with that tea. Rather than put the tea down, I drank the cup in a couple gulps and continued falling asleep and waking up on my couch with an empty cup in my hand.
This bud is not appropriate for novice users. The smells are amazing and the taste delicious, but the high is way to intense and strong for a novice user. Experienced users will be ready and will enjoy the swing from energetic to comatose. It is a bud to be experienced.
