Jelly King is Tropic Grown’s best flower yet—one (or two depending on how you count) which is capable of competing with the best in Thailand. Both Jelly King phenotypes #2 and #3 have delicious, sweet, candy, vanilla, pungent, gassy odors and lavender, floral, vanilla and gassy flavors. Jelly King #2 is a stronger and more pungent version of the bud, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s better. In fact, I really struggled to determine which of the two phenotypes is superior. In the end after considering all parts and characteristics of these two buds, I’ve determined that they are simply both of superior quality and I cannot crown one above the other.
I initially planned to smoke both Jelly King #3 and Jelly King #2 on the same night. But this is a super strong bud and Jelly King #3 completely knocked me out the first night. #2 knocked me out on the subsequent night. The high is complete, it is strong happy it goes direct into the body takes over the head is all-encompassing. While Jelly king leaves the user stoned, it is it comforting and beautiful stone feeling which never dips into paranoia or any other unpleasant feeling. It is not easy to operate anything under Jelly king, the bud will wipe out the smallest hint of motivation or ambition. Indeed, Jelly King will leave the user useless but incredibly content, satisfied, at peace with the world, and finally blissfully asleep.
Jelly King is only appropriate for experienced users. It’s super high and positive euphoric effects will delight experienced users, but will overwhelm and intimidate newbies. Jelly King, both #2 and #3, proves that Tropicana grower is capable of growing buds at the highest level. I can’t wait for their next harvest.
