At the Highland 420 event last June Fatfinger Farms passed me a small sample as I passed by and introduced myself to them. Last night—a late night, after baby Mendel finally drifted off to sleep—I sleepily grabbed their small package with the two little popcorn buds of Alien Mints and quickly perked up to the excellent aroma of these buds. These little buds packed an effervescent gassy punch of sweet herbal mint and earthy nuttiness. The flavor, a sweet pine menthol, with a slight bitterness and spicey end was tasty and good but not up to the level of the aroma.
The high is excellent with an immediate euphoric feeling of pure joy and a relaxed body with diminishing capabilities—but with an added appreciation for the pleasures of the senses. A high I would never walk away from.
I highly recommend Alien Mints to everyone—it is a great cultivar and Fatfinger Farms has done their bud justice. My hats are off to them—they were handing these buds out in the heat and humidity of Bangkok, a month later (in controlled temperature and well preserved) this bud hits well.
