Grower: Humble Gardens
Rating: 4.5
Goofiez was the last of Humble Gardensโ current harvest that I sampled and in some ways it was my favorite. The bud is sparkly, dusty, sticky and incredibly pleasing to the eyes and to touch. The aroma is super dank, in the words of Mrs. Mendel โoh, smells so strong!โ There is a fruit essence somewhere in there, but to get to it you have to wade through fumes of rubber, and the funky fumes of sexed up body odor, and an herbal skunky pine. There is a lot going on here. The flavor is layered a musky sweet and dank taste of canned peaches and ripe mango and the aftertaste of pine.
The high is chill, relaxed, Zen like and calm which allows for self reflection, appreciation, and general thoughtful contemplation of all things in the world. A tingling in the legs and loins is appreciated and goes hand in hand with the buds seemingly attraction to pleasureโbut it never gets so deep as to leave the consumer stoned or debilitating. It is relaxing but somewhat functional in the interest of exploring and feeding the senses.
I highly recommend Goofiez to all consumers. The budโs growth and cultivation is a work of art with beautiful aesthetics, aromas and flavors. The high is enjoyableโbut not to the level of its other characteristics which are elite. Nonetheless, experienced consumers will appreciate this fine bud while novice consumers will be treated with a level of excellence which is hard to find (in recommended moderation).
