If gas is your thing—think pungent diesel fumes—then Acai Mint is your bud. I am still learning about Boxer and what they are producing, but one thing which is clear is that they are putting buds out there which are like none other in the market—this ultra petrol cultivar is clear evidence of this. This super sparkly, crystally and sticky bud emerges from its packaging with a sweet sour berry grape aroma mixed with a deep dank diesel which could power a Bangkok public transit bus. That berry grape aroma gets lost in the flavor and barely is noticeable behind thick rich clouds of pure gas—the bud does become more herbal as it burns down revealing a mintiness which gets more and more refreshing as the J comes closer to conclusion. This bud floored me and left me in complete wonder and appreciation of the strength, cleanliness and purity of the flavors and aromas.
The high is euphoric, excited and happy. While the brain is engaged a giddy energy powers the body—but when the mind is at rest the body quickly and eagerly follows it to sleep. I sat back on my balcony in full bliss contemplating the experience I just went through until I became cognizant of the facts that mosquitos were devouring my feet and went back inside. Once inside I excitedly reported and discussed the bud with my partners at HighThailand and then slipped off into a bit of a stoned daydream—which became more of a nap—and then deep sleep.
I love this bud and highly recommend it to all experienced gas loving consumers. If you don’t like gas—this ain’t for you—but why don’t you like gas? Novice consumers—I would expect this bud is way too strong for you—one puff maximum, and that still may be too much.
