Asahi is different. It is super fragrant, with old school aromas of kush, heavy in pine and a sweet sour lemon limeโ€”a dry pull reveals a sweet lemon โ€œmouth smellโ€. Indeed it was the aroma which drew me in to the bud. I was shocked to light this bud up and get hit immediately by the sweet and smooth flavor of vanilla. What in the world is going on here? That flavor further developed into a custard with a bit of an overly burnt brown sugar finish. I was thrown for a loop on this oneโ€”and Iโ€™m still trying to figure out whatโ€™s going on with this bipolar bud.

The high is a solid and classic relaxed, uplifting, and chill one. An excellent way to either end the day or just take it easy and enjoy your environment and surroundings. Stress free, laid back and just happy with everything around meโ€”I very much appreciated the high and the way this bud finishes.

I highly recommend Asahi to those consumers focused on their high. The flavor and essence are both very good and excellent, respectively. But they are divergent enough to be distracting and confusing. Having said thatโ€”this is a high quality budโ€”a weird one I plan to sample again with my dry vape.
