Cadillac Margarita was a surprise for me. A good surprise. I expected this bud to be super citrussy, fruity and sweet. And while it does have citrus notes, its most noticeable and dominant traits are aromas and flavors of spice, earthy, pine, eucalyptus and nuts. A citrussy—and highly enjoyable—flavor and aroma emerges from the spice and is more of a complementing note than a dominant one. This really made Cadillac Margarita a very enjoyable bud to experience.

The high was also surprising as it comes in powerful with a strong and sleepy high. I smoked the bud in the late evening and had some tasks left before bed. I finished those tasks quickly and without a hitch, but rather than chill out in front of the television or read through news and sport headlines, I opted to park myself belly down in my bed. And did so very happily.

I recommend Cadillac Margarita to those consumers who loves spicy and earthy buds. I also would recommend this bud to those amongst us who have an aversion to orange terps. The citrus in this bud is quite subtle and sophisticated not overwhelming and aggressive, worth trying for sure. While the bud is strong and sleepy, it is not overwhelming and could be a good intro to sedating buds for novice consumers—as long as they know what they are getting themselves into.
