Grower: Fire Farms

Rating: 4.5

Lemon Cherry Sherbet can be considered a status quo Fire Farms bud. Large plump, colorful and dense. Aromatic with an initial earthy and yeasty essence which surrenders to a loud sour citrus lemon/lime before revealing a candy red syrupy note. While the nose is citrus and gassy primarily the dry pull comes through with more berries. And so does the flavor which is strong with red candy fruit and herbal skunk, and an herbal mintiness which is a cross between Chinese medicine and double bubble gum. Quite an experience for the nose and mouth.

Lemon Cherry Sherbet is listed as a balanced budโ€”but I found the high to be more stimulating than relaxing. Indeed, this bud left me with a positive, uplifted tingling high, alert and chatty.  While the bud is stimulating, I found that the motivation is more social than productive. Perhaps it would be good for collaborative creativityโ€”but not necessarily sitting down and cranking out work alone.

I highly recommend Lemon Cherry Sherbet. The flavors and aromas will satisfy anyone with a citrus and fruity palateโ€”and they even have enough old school earthiness to address those needs. I generally find that Fire Farmsโ€™ buds are too strong for new consumersโ€”and this is probably still the case with this budโ€”but it may be slightly more friendly than usual for newbies. Perhaps 2-3 puffs would be manageable. Experienced consumersโ€”light up and prepare for social intercourse.
