I am a sucker for marshmallows. When I received my care package of buds from Thai Sticky Crew, there was not doubt that the first bud I’d grind up and smoke would be Marshmallow OG. I almost expected to find a bag of those soft and chewy delights when I opened the packaging but was not disappointed to see a bud long and dense, springy, green—with heavy white dusting and islands of orange hairs. Sweet citrus, herby and vanilla odors are reminiscent of a light and refreshing dessert. A dry pull reveals a very clean herbal “mouth smell” which is carried forward once combusted with flavors of an earthy vanilla, mildly sweet citrus taste. The minty herbal flavor remains on the tip of the tongue while a vanilla butter coats the rest of the mouth. This is a delicate and delicious bud.
The high is gentle, starting with a good mellow feeling, a deep relaxation which gets into the body fast but feels clean, controlled, pleasurable. The body is deeply affected, with muscles relaxed and pain relieved, but remains functional and leaves the user happy, in control and deeply satisfied.
I highly recommend Marshmallow OG to both experienced and novice users. The high is pleasant and enjoyable—strong enough to satisfy an experienced user. Novice users, using the bud in moderation, can learn the effects and usage of a relaxing bud with a good body high without worrying about paranoia or being overwhelmed (remember, however, moderation is the key).
