Nam Wah is by far my favorite of the buds I’ve tried from Harweed Farm. I did not expect this conclusion at the outset when opening the package—but it is an awesome experience which I highly recommend. The aroma begins with slight orange tangerine mixed with a vanilla, candy banana, tart tropical fruits punch and bubble gum. Very pleasant, very clean and fruity, but not the profile which normally appeals to me—but there is no denying the excellence of the essence. The flavor was more interesting for me, starting with a sweet fruity banana bubble gum offset by a mildly bitter peppery earth taste. The flavor develops further with a unique rosemary herby flavor which transforms into a wintergreen Pepto Bismol mint finish which is just so surprising, unique and welcome. I was amazed how the flavor went from “this is pretty good” to “what the fuck is going on here!” (In a good way).
But the high is where this bud really shines. Pure Zen, clear thoughts, energy, profound focus, elevated mood, empathy, creativity, thought provoking, social. I wrote in my notes, and on IG the night I blazed this bud, “I feel like the bible was written on something like this.” And I am quite certain that given enough time and enough of this bud—if I were to abandon my cannabis reviews—I could write a better bible and found a superior religion to those currently existing.
Clearly, I love this bud and I very highly recommend it across the board to all consumers. I see no drawbacks on this. The high is super functional, never overwhelming, and just filled with clarify and good feelings for all. The aroma is nice and the flavor a real adventure. I hope I have another chance to explore and play around with this bud—I have a feeling there is a lot more to uncover and experience here.
