I never intended on reviewing this bud. I left it in my stash for too long. But this bud still came out smelling of gas, the peeling rubber of tires on asphalt, dark overripe fruit with a flavor to match. This bud remained delicious and fragrant even if it slipped into the corner of my (well preserved) stash for 7 weeks.
The high left me with a half functional mind and super relaxed body. Enjoying life, watching the stars and enjoying a cool night. Half here and half there—cognizant enough just to be content and grateful for all that I have. I smoked this on December 30, 2024 and it would end up being the last bud of the year for me.
I highly recommend Humble Garden’s Permanent Marker to all experienced consumers. The cultivar itself has most of its sexiness since it burst onto the scene. But it may make for a classic in the long run. The rich flavors and aromas—when done well—are great to slip into—as is the high.
