Lately I have been in the mood for dank, stanky, gassy buds. The folks at Thai Superbuds sent me some of their strains to try. When I opened their Rainbow Cake my entire apartment got skunked up and I could not resist lighting up. I was not disappointed.
The odor and flavor of Rainbow Cake is super gassy with a rich, sweet, and creamy smoke. The bud gets into the body quickly, relaxing while at the same time energizing the mind with a happy, thoughtful and profound perspective. The high gets deeper and deeper with the body and head growing heavier and heavier—but the mind always stays alert in thought.
Rainbow Cake is probably most appropriate for experienced users. It is a deep relaxing indica which nonetheless stimulates the user’s mind. It is enjoyable, elating, and relaxing and will be appreciated by a user with a few strains under their belt. This is not to say that novice users should shy away from the strain. Novice users can use Rainbow Cake to learn about a classic skunky and gassy taste with a progressively creeping body high which is strong, but not debilitative. Rainbow Cake is an ideal teaching bud for novice users interested in learning more about the power of gas and indicas.
