Grower: Jungle Haze

Narcos Samui came through UpperCut Chiang Mai with a backpack full of Jungle Haze’s buds. The evening was busy and my attention distracted, but one unmarked sack of pungent sweet and tart creamy strawberry goodness caught my nose and then my eyes. I took that bud back south to Bangkok where the flavored proved to a syrupy concentrated combination of sweet strawberry and dark berry initially starting off in a delicious match of the aroma before descending into a more herbal earthy finish.
The high starts off with an immediate focus and clarify with little effect in the body. But this initial high is fleeting, developing further into a Zen calmness and satisfaction with life, and then a slow physical relaxing descent which ends into peaceful slumber.
Rozay Cake is aromatic and delicious, a bud appropriate for both experienced and novice consumers. The bud is never overwhelming but does finish on the sleepy side—which novice consumers should note and be prepared for. But overall this is a fun bud which is highly recommended.
