Dispensary: Royal Queen Seeds Thailand

Right time right place. On a recent lazy afternoon I finished an extraordinary meal at one of Asoke’s finest Italian eateries with a couple of my favorite tokers and took a short walk to Royal Queen Seeds. The dispensary is still a work in progress and HighThailand will provide a full review once they are completely set up. Users can still purchase buds from the dispensary as they complete their shop. My fellow tokers and I got our hands on 1.2 grams of Shining Silver Haze, rolled it up and fired it off.
I am particularly fond of hazes, and this strain did not disappoint. Shining Silver Haze has an inviting and mature citrus, pepper, and weedy smell to it. A classic and identifiable OG weed smell. This bud burns and smokes super smoothly with a mature fruit and spice taste which corresponds well with its odors. I only planned on taking a few hits . . . but the smoke and the taste were just so rich and delicious that I had to finish it.
The effects are awesome and deliver what a user would expect from a high quality haze: a full on head high with energy, creativity, euphoria, giddiness, chattiness and productiveness (though perhaps not efficient productivity). After smoking the bud, I ended up in a 7/11 for about 30 minutes contemplating whether I should purchase coffee and Oreos, or alternatively a sugary soft drink and salty snacks (I opted for the coffee, Oreos and a cold bottle of water—but later lamented that I had not purchased those salty snacks as well).
I spent the remaining hours of the afternoon penning an article for our friends at Cannabox on Thailand’s cannabis ecosystem, playing crosswords and conversing with my neighbors. It was an ideal productive afternoon, and I could not have been in a better mood. Indeed, that afternoon and that Shining Silver Haze are still on my mind.
Shining Silver Haze is a fine example of the haze family of sativas. It is incredibly fun and energetic and a great catalyst for a shining great time. I would recommend this strain early in the day for both novice and experienced users. Novice users should tread lightly and limit the amount they smoke, but still try and experience the classic OG feel of this strain. Experienced tokers will know what to do and will let the Shining Silver Haze lead them through their day. All will be merry; all will be glad.
